• Unfortunately, when checking the tag it specifically speaks to how you should not sit on the blanket when plugged in nor should you fold or crimp it in any way. I've included a pic of the tag for your reference. Best of luck.

• Comes folded in the package. Should work, but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to sit on.

• Yes, as long as the folds are not under her. That would increase the likelihood of possibly breaking any internal wiring.
