• After having purchased both the 16GB & 32GB units, I see NO differences, other than the SIZE of storage & price. Screen resolution & features are the same.

• Those two numbers are the data storage of the unit, one holds 16gb and one holds 32gb. So pictures, music, videos, documents, apps will all be stored in that space. Think of it like 16gb is one size closet and 32gb is walk in closet.
