• Yes, It won't rotate unless the keyboard is detached.

• If you mean by pulling it back on the keyboard, it can't go back more than about halfway through to flat. You'll have to keep it in a laptop-like position or take off the keyboard. The screen itself functions perfectly fine in most situations

• The screen was never the issue. If rotated would work just fine
