Q: QuestionIs this mat shipped flat? I am on my third one and none of them roll out flat and break apart where they are not flat

• A:Answer Hello, Thank you for your question on the Floortex Anti-Static PVC Chair Mat. We can confirm that due to the size of this mat, this product is shipped rolled. To help your mat straighten out, we would suggest placing weights on the areas that are lumpy and leaving the mat in a warm environment for 72 hours.
