It gives you the ability to use bluetooth streaming on your non-bluetooth radio. How it works is this will connect to your phone via bluetooth. The phone will just think it's a headset. What would normally play through the phone speakers will then be converted to a radio signal by this device. If you tune your radio to that signal, you will hear that same music. You'd obviously need a bluetooth phone to use this.
