how do i redeem? i never got an email with the code? null

I was emailed a redemption code and I installed Nvidia GEforce experience, made an nvidia account and redeemed the code in geforce experience, ge force experience gave me a key code and sent me to epic website page, where i created an epic account and redeemed the key code for that account. I then downloaded fortnight from epic site and everything was in order when I ran game. I hope that helps. I have some pretty bad brain damage from strokes incurred after open heart surgery, but I think I can still communicate accurately. :)
