• You cannot currently watch YouTube from the official YouTube app on the watch. However; I do think there is a Wear YouTube or another app that allows that functionality. It might have to be side-loaded.

• Yes. You can download anything that supports Wear OS from the Google Play Store. There is a Google Play Store App preloaded on the watch.
