Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First be sure you setup TV with full setup not just the basic. Then it should walk you through Alexa activation, but you do have to sign up for a free Amazon account (not Prime).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Link it to your Amazon account and it will link automatically, If you have several echos, go to the Alexa app, settings, and Video and TV to link to a specific echo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that Alexa doesnt link in a wireless way but you have to connect it via HDMI adapter it comes with and create an account and go from there. Hope it helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. An Amazon Fire stick, like this (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/amazon-fire-tv-stick-4k-with-all-new-alexa-voice-remote-streaming-media-player-black/6301667.p?skuId=6301667) plugs into the HDMI port of your TV. I believe you also need to power the Fire Stick but I think that is easy enough to figure out. Once the Fire Stick is plugged in and powered up you will need to connect your Alexa device (echo, echo dot, etc) to the TV Fire Stick. You do this through the Alexa app on your phone. Once Alexa "recognizes" your Fire Stick, depending on the year and model of your TV you should be able to tell her to turn on the TV Stick which would turn on your TV. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First make sure you have an internet connection. You can find this by selecting settings and scrolling to Internet where you can select and login to your internet. The Fire TV remote has the microphone button which will work when you are connected to your Amazon account. This is done during TV setup you have the basic or full options. Once logged into Amazon just hold the microphone button down and say the name of the program, song, or info you want. Then release the button. The basic setup is used if you do not have Amazon prime. The full value of the TV can only be achieved with an Amazon Prime subscription.
