I scheduled an appointment at the Monroeville store online. Copy your important stuff first before you take it in for your appointment. My daughter's hard drive was almost full. She also needed updates. I wanted to make sure everything worked before school started. Computer has been at best buy since Tuesday. They are not usually this slow returning it. I assume covid has everything behind. Call or email the software helpline as an option as well.
