“I bought a 55" tv from Best Buy which was supposed to be wall mounted. The installer came but had no wall fixture which I had been told I didn't need by Support. Can someone just mount this for me? TV connected already.”

Anytime you put a TV on a wall, it needs a mount. If there is an existing mount, then it can be moved to the new unit. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a mount and have someone install it on a wall. Make sure the bolts go into studs when installing the back plate. You can call the Geek Squad to assist if you cannot get anyone to help you.
