“We had an in-home consultant come into our home last Sunday. When he left he was going to get us an estimate of cost & a list of everything we would need for a theater TV set up. How do we get ahold of him? We haven’t heard from him since.”

• Mine messed everything up then wouldn't help when orders were late. You are better off without them.
