A:AnswerWe have used it for sweet, white and red potatoes. It stays horizontal and has a ratchet mechanism so it works well. You just press firmly on the lever and it pushes the potato. The sweet potato was the hardest and needed the most effort and might be the only challenge from a strength perspective.
