- Answer Maybe technically? But it’s not intended to. It’s meant for over th range. The bottom has a light and vents for being above the stove rather than feet to sit on a counter. And the top has bolt holes to attach to a cabinet. So, while it might be able to function sitting on a counter, it would look completely out of place.

QuestionOur Fridgidaire's (30" over the range "Professional Series") door was loose when we moved into our new home last year and has progressively gotten looser. We had a handyman look at it, he said we need to buy a new unit. Isn't there some way to tighten?

- Answer Since I haven’t taken delivery of our Frigidaire microwave yet I can’t help you. But, Google the name and model number and download an owner’s manual and see what it says. Or, Google “how do you tighten hinges on a microwave” and see what comes up. You say, new home. Is it still under warranty?

In researching, we were able to see that this microwave is designed for adaptation to the following three types of ventilation: Outside top exhaust (Vertical Duct), outside back exhaust (Horizontal Duct), and recirculating (Non-Vented Ductless). QuestionDoes this model have a zero clearance door?

- Answer Yes. This model does have a Zero-Clearance Door. The answer provided by the Frigidaire rep is wrong. The drop down item "From The Manufacturer" states: Zero-Clearance Door - The microwave door opens to a 90° angle without touching any adjacent walls. I have this model and can 100% confirm that it has a Zero-Clearance Door.

- Answer No. We recommend to never use the microwave oven without the turntable and support nor turn the turntable over so that a large dish could be placed in the microwave oven. Kindly, Anna

- Answer Hello, AJ. We understand your concerns about purchasing a new microwave. After researching, the dimensions of the microwave are Height 16 3/8", Width 29 7/8", and Depth 15 3/4". Also, the installation instructions on page 5 provide the cut-out dimensions for the microwave. -Chris
