The Frigidaire FMOS1846BS has its duct opening located at the top rear of the unit, which can be configured for either top (vertical) or rear (horizontal) external venting, or set up for recirculating use. This model does not have a bottom vent opening, so it wouldn’t be suitable if your installation requires venting through the bottom. - Reed
