While the door was open, it likely lost a lot of its cold air. It may need to run for a time with the door tightly closed. Typically, a freezer at room temperature is able to stabilize to recommended settings in 24 hours. ~Ashton
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Let the freezer run with the door closed for several hours to give it a chance to freeze. After at least 6 hours, check to see if the items are still frozen. If not you may have to call a repairman to check out the freezer.
