QuestionWhat are the different heights the shelves can be set at? I have bottles that are on average 12" tall that I would like to stand up on 2 different shelves. I just want to make sure the intervals that the shelves can be placed at can accommodate this.

QuestionThere has been some confusion between free standing vs built in wine cooler. My builder asked us to purchase "built in wine cooler" for the butlers pantry. Will this model FFBC4622QS be considered as built in wine cooler? Thanks you in advance.

- Answer No Built in needs only the front open for ventilation. This units airflow is on the back of the unit. Your builder would have to make a extra large opening allowing air to circulate all around it. There are built in units that vent on the bottom front so the install opening is to just big enough to allow a snug and “level” fit.

QuestionI want to put this wine cooler under the granite counter top in my butlers pantry. Specification days depth=24.5", I understand normally counter top is 24". Will there be any problem to put this under counter top? will it be half inch too much coming out?
