- Answer This model does not have a front vent. This fridge is not intended to be “built-in” to a cabinet layout. It will need open space around it to make sure it can dissipate the heat from the compressor. It’s big enough to hold wine bottles.

QuestionWe've had ours 3.5 months. Drinks touching the left side froze @ 33 & 34 degrees. It is already due for its 3rd defrosting. By that I mean "de-icing". Each time I've increased the cooler's temp & it continues to happen at 36 degrees. Help.

- Answer Hello, RyanV. Thanks for reaching out to us. To keep the unit from freezing up, avoid placing cans in front of the vents where the coldest air is exiting. You should also make sure that there is enough space for air circulation around the appliance, as advised in the owner's manual. We hope this information helps! - Christi

QuestionIs there an indicator light that tells me the refrigerator is operating? When I hit the power button it beeps but other than waiting to see if it gets cold I can’t tell if it’s working?

You may still have a problem if the compressor cycles on and off but the refrigerator isn't cold. QuestionI notice in a previous question that this unit is NOT to be used as a under counter unit due to air circulation. What do you have that can be used under counter? The dimensions of the opening are: 23.75' wide' 34" height; .23.5" deep. Is it frost free?

- Answer Hi Davebram! It is recommended to allow space around the unit for good air circulation. Leave a 2 inch space on the back and sides of the wine cooler for adequate circulation. ~Corletta

QuestionIs there a way or after market product that can be added so the door does not swing open so far- preferably no further than a 90° angle? I’m having problems with it hitting my cabinet. Thank you for your help.

- Answer Well I rotated my doors - so they would open towards the wall as apposed to in the room. But as far limiting the swing radius, i don't think you can. Hope that helps.

- Answer Hey Mikki! I was able to see that a lock key does come with the model FFBC4622QS and it has the multi-position adjustable interior shelves; which can be moved to any position for large or smaller packages. -CiCi
