“We bought this freezer & soon after 1 yr passed, it defrosted & we lost several hundred $ in food. It consistently freezes/cools or defrosts to refrig temps. We're disappointed and afraid to store more food. What are some things to check in order to fix?”

I suggest going to UTube there are a lot of very helpful How To Fix or Troubleshoot your appliance on UTube as well as do it your self tips at other sites; just Google it!
