“Garage-ready design? What exactly does this mean? I noticed some comments say that this was not okay in a garage. Thanks”

• Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your submission. In researching the model FFTR1821QS, we were able to identify that it is garage ready. With it being garage ready it is designed to start up in cooler conditions. It is recommend for optimal performance to not install the refrigerator where the temperature will drop below 55°F (13°C) or rise above 110°F (43°C). The compressor will not be able to maintain proper temperatures inside the refrigerator. Thank you for your inquiry. Respectfully

• Because it makes NOISE when compresser runs. Garages have noise.
