- Answer It is recommended to not install the refrigerator where the temperature will drop below 55°F (13°C) or rise above 110°F (43°C). The compressor will not be able to maintain proper temperatures inside the refrigerator and could possibly stop running.

- Answer No you should not have ice on top of drawer. Check the seal of door for dirt and I'd it is sealing properly. The gasket can be reformed, follow instructions in owners manual. Massage gasket or gently warm with a blow dryer if needed to massage gasket.

QuestionReversing Door - Residual Holes?I own this product and need to reverse the door (hinge, handles) so they are on the other side. I've read the user manual instructions but what is not clear to me is whether there are any residual holes that will be present and look ugly after doing this, especially on the front. Does anyone know this? On the freezer I think the "Frigidaire" logo would move over and cover up any holes up top, but it seems to me that there would be an excess hole on the lower refridgerator space...

QuestionThere are 8 holes in the freezer so it appears that the shelf could be in either of 2 positions. The refrigerator was delivered with the shelf in the lower position. How do I move it to the higher position? It seems to be stuck in the left holes.(1821QB)

- Answer That does not work. The shelf will not move far enough in either direction so that it can be removed from the holes. I also called the service number about another issue so I asked about moving the shelf since there is no explanation in the pamphlet that came with the unit. I was told the shelf was not able to be moved.

QuestionI have now had three of this model delivered to my home. All of them have not been able to have the door reversed due to the seal not working once the door is reversed. The delivery guys said this is a very common problem with this model. Suggestions??
