    • Answer It is not recommended. A rough ride could break mounts inside. If you do, then allow at least 24 hours in the upright orientation before powering on. This is so the compressor oil can be properly in the sump for lubrication. But I personally would find a way to move it standing upright.

    • Answer Hi Steve! Plug the appliance into its own dedicated 115 Volt, 60 Hz., 15 Amp, AC only electrical outlet. The power cord of the appliance is equipped with a 3-prong grounding plug for your protection against electrical shock hazards. Plug it directly into a properly grounded 3-prong receptacle. Install the receptacle in accordance with local codes and ordinances. Consult a qualified electrician. Avoid connecting the appliance to a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) circuit.     • Answer It doesn’t make sense that you tell the width with the door closed? The width isn’t going to change with or without the door closed. What was asked was about the depth with the door closed. That WILL be different. The specifications don’t clarify if the dimension given of 28 1/4” is with the door closed or open!
