Thank you for the answer but the outlet is located behind the refrigerator so if I need to unplug it I have to pull it away from the wall. Also with having dogs there is a lot of dog hair that can get trapped behind the refrigerator so I need to be able to routinely pull it out to do so. My current one slides in and out pretty easily.

The Frigidaire GRBN2012AF refrigerator does not feature a sliding mechanism that allows it to easily move away from the wall for cleaning or plug access. While the unit is equipped with front and rear leveling rollers, these are primarily designed to assist with installation and leveling rather than facilitating regular movement for maintenance purposes. Therefore, to clean behind the refrigerator or check the power plug, you would need to manually pull the appliance away from the wall. It's important to note that when moving the refrigerator, you should pull it straight out to avoid damaging the flooring. Shifting it from side to side may cause harm to the floor surface. Additionally, be cautious not to move the refrigerator beyond the plumbing connections to prevent any damage. In the event of a power outage, if the refrigerator does not automatically restart when power is restored, you typically don't need to pull it away from the wall. Instead, try unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. If that doesn't resolve the issue, check your circuit breaker and the refrigerator's power cord for any damage. For routine cleaning behind the refrigerator, you might consider using specialized tools designed for this purpose. For instance, a long-handled microfiber gap cleaning tool can help you reach under and behind the appliance without needing to move it. - Maico
