QuestionI just purchased a top freezer fridge 20.4 black stainless model # FFTR2021TD in which I put the freezer setting on the recommended setting. The problem is the freezer never seems to shut off. I checked the door seal and shuts tight. So is this normal?

- Answer It is not. Upgrading your refrigerator with a Garage Kit will lower the minimum operating temperature of your unit to 34° F. This kit can be ordered by calling the phone number listed at the bottom of the warranty page or back cover at an additional cost.
