Yes, if the door has been kept open for too long, an alarm will sound.

If the freezer or fresh food doors have been left open for five minutes or more, the Door Ajar Alarm will sound and the door ajar indicator will illuminate on the display. Press the set key to reset. The High-Temperature Alarm will sound if the refrigerator temperature reaches 55 degrees Fahrenheit or greater (26 degrees or greater in the freezer). You can disable the alarm by pressing the set key but the “High Temp” indicator will illuminate until the temperature is back below 55 degrees Fahrenheit or greater (26 degrees or greater in the freezer). Neither of these nor the other alarms that this model refrigerator has can be completely disabled. You can view information on the other system alarms of this model on page 14 of your Owner's Manual.
