- Answer It’s actually not as bad as I thought it would be. Yes it does get finger prints but not as noticeable as I feared and they come off easily with glass cleaner.

- Answer Hello SHERMAN52. The finish is stainless steel which will not have the print free coating you are inquiring about. We recommend to clean the stainless steel front and handles with non-abrasive soapy water and a dishcloth. Rinse with clean water and a soft cloth. Use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. These cleaners can be purchased at most home improvement or major department stores. Kindly, Anna

- Answer Let’s check a few things, Fluffy. Start by making sure there is a water filter in place and it is not cracked or frozen. You will also need to make sure your filter is not too old. We recommend replacing your water filter every 4 to 6 months, depending on usage. Make sure your ice maker is turned on and that your refrigerator and freezer are not too warm. QuestionWhy are NONE of the side by side Refrigerators not in any of the stores, but only at the Ontario Warehouse. How am I to judge them unless I can see them. Also the people I have talked to that bought one of the bottom drawer freezer unit hate them.

- Answer I know how you feel. We wanted to see one also but was not in any Best Buy store. My guess is that they reserve the store space for the top end models. We ended up buying this model online and are very happy with it. We took a chance, but it worked out good. The unit cooled very quickly when we turned it on, and the water and ice from the door tastes great, no funny smells or anything.
