Q: QuestionHi there, I am very concerned. I purchased a unit from Best Buy FRSS2623AS. They sent me unit FRSS2623Aj it’s making noise. Is that normal? I did not receive a refund on my credit card for the difference and I’m concerned the unit is faulty. Very noisy.

You may also ensure that the household water line valve is open. To troubleshoot the water filter, remove and reinstall it. Be sure to push the filter firmly so that you hear it lock solidly into position. If it's clogged, replace the filter cartridge. Be sure to remove protective caps and push the filter firmly so that you hear it lock solidly into position.
