Thanks for reaching out, Frank! Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help to address your concern. 1.The refrigerator must be plugged in for more than 24 hours. 2.Need to make sure the unit is connect to water. 3.The water passes through the filter, not having a filter in place will prohibit the water from dispensing into the icemaker and water dispenser. 4.Please check if the filter is frozen or cracked. (If your filter is cracked or frozen you may need a deflector kit) 5.If the filter has not been changed within the last 4 to 6 months, please have it replaced 6. Also the factory suggested temperature setting for the freezer is 0 degrees. Acceptable operating temperature of the freezer is -6 degrees to 6 degrees. We hope this information help you and your shopping experience.-Angel
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the water line to make sure that the water supply to the refrigerator is running full service. Make sure that the line is not bent, that would slow down the water to the refrigerator and causing issues. Then I would call Best Buy and have the refrigerator checked if you still had the same issue. Because this is not normal, my gives me plenty of ice.
