• It’s pretty loud but you can change the fan speeds from high medium and low. And it’s a bit quieter on low.

• About as quiet as a box fan on level 2, and level 3 when the compressor kicks on.

• I wouldn't say it's quiet by any means. Depends on your fan settings, I noticed for low (out of 3) it makes almost no noise what so ever. Auto mode can be quiet as well with intermittent gurgling.
