Hi LadyV! Typically, changes are made to due to listening to our consumers wants and needs. If your washer does not have a fabric soft dispenser, you are able to you are able to add diluted fabric softener to the final rinse following the fabric softener label directions. You are able to locate this information is listed in the Use and Care Guide on pages 6 and 7. Following the softener's label directions, will prevent any overloading and provide the max line level.
