“Does the "Integrated Water Heater" imply there is no need for a hot water supply? We are considering installing in an out building (Shed). This unit says "Integrated Water Heater".... Would we still need a hot water heater (hot water supply)?”

Yes, it means that a hot water supply is not needed.
