When I reviewed this product, there were mixed reviews on the noise. Ours is quiet as a mouse. You might want to make sure you are suing the proper setting. Even small blankets need the bedding setting. Did you receive a manual with yours? If not, you can probably get one on-line. Also, make sure to use the High Efficiency deterrgent. Even though it costs more, I use less of it then i did of other detergents in my other (agitator type) machine.

Apparently, this new version has an added agitation feature at the bottom of the drum. It is horrible! I am beyond disappointed after doting on mine for so many years. It is their first washer and the entire experience is just tainted thinking that we have a broken washer- to find out this is how it is supposed to work. Also advertises a fabric softener dispenser. Yes this model and right here on this page, but it is actually the upgraded model that has that feature- not this one. Would not recommend.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had delivery of a new laundry center early this week and the washing machine worked fine. No loud noise during spinning. However the dryer did not work, it would not dry clothes. Very disappointing! I hope the replacement unit that won’t arrive till the end of the month works better.
