QuestionI added more sheets to see if that'll help...re-washed and still soak and wet! I'm grateful....I AM, but this is by far the worst machine and I'm ready to continue to spend money and go back to the laundromat.

- Answer Yes, this is a loud little unit. Mine also has buzzers that go off, loudly, for no reason I have been able to figure out. But it does a fantastic job, so I put up with the noise.

QuestionI need to know if the bottom half (in the rear) is offset from the top half to allow for the exhaust vent. In other words I only have 31.5" for my distance (depth measurement) from the wall.

QuestionI see a review stating that the lint in the dryer blows all over the clothes, what would cause this to occur?

- Answer Inside the lid of your dryer is a raised metal part with a lot of holes in it, and a long slot at the bottom. It helps the air circulate around the clothes. But it does get linty, and when that happens, you get lint on your clothes. This space is easily cleaned out with a long bottle brush, or even a vacuum cleaner, using the hose attachment with the slot-nozzle attachment. Of the two methods the bottle brush is the most efficient. Easy peasy!

We do not recommend washing or drying comforters within the laundry center as the size could become the issue.
