- Answer I put my fabric softner in at the beginning of washing. It's the same as if you buy the laundry detergent with fabric softner already in it.

QuestionCan you tell me exactly the height of the dryer vent in the back from the floor? And the width from each side? I need this information to know where to put the dryer duct in the wall so I can push the unit all the way against the wall. Thank you.

- Answer Hello Hayden. The 4" exhaust vent in the rear is 42 1/2" from the floor. From the left side it is 17 5/8" in and from the right it is 9 3/8" in the middle. QuestionI have an old stackable Frigidaire from the 90s. The washing machine tub is quite tiny, and I can't fit more than about 2 pair of jeans or 2 good sized bath towels. Is this tub much bigger?

QuestionOurs was just delivered. Washer barrel looks like it will hold a lot, but “Maxfill” setting brings water level only to half-full. Is this by design? Or shouldn’t we be able to use the whole barrel?
