“What type of an outlet will this plug into - regular outlet or special dryer outlet? Also one part of this listing says it comes with the cord and in another area it says it does not. Please clarify.”

Hi, Momma. The dryer MUST employ a 3-conductor power supply cord NEMA 10-30 type SRDT rated at 240 volt AC minimum, 30 amp, with 3 open end spade lug connectors with upturned ends or closed loop connectors and marked for use with clothes dryers. ~ Brandi
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just had this installed last month. It has one plug, into a special dryer outlet. The Best Buy webpage was wrong, it said a regular outlet. But it definitely uses the special dryer plug. Don't remember about whether the plug came with it, I think you had to buy it.
