- Answer Since this unit uses a max of less than 1000 watts, your 1500 inverter should work just fine. Just be sure to not to add other items that will push the limits of your inverter.

QuestionYesterday I purchased this model very nice and very quiet. after about an hour P1 came on the screen and the unit was not cooling the room. the unit was on cool mode. I then shut the unit off because I thought it was a malfunction. why did it do this
