“I came home last night to the cooler beeping & the light was on. I unplugged overnight and plugged back in this morning and the same thing is happening: the light goes on and it starts beeping after about 5 minutes or so. Any help to stop the beep/light?”

This happens when the door is left slightly open to alert you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only time I've ever heard the beeping sound was when the door was left open for more than a couple of minutes. Check to see if the door is indeed all the way closed or if something is in the way of it closing. This would explain the light remaining on as well.
