Could I use an Dc to Ac adapter with this fridge? null

Your ? On D c current to supply power is right down my ally as mine is powered from dc current .my expire ce over the years is to use the bigger dc power unit and u won,t have trouble . I, burn,t out a few 2000 watt invertors A rv quality directly hard wire to the battery,s is the only way to go and a 3000 watt with a built in fan has provided me trouble free service for the last 5 yrs .
