“What is the small white plastic piece that was included inside?? It's about 2-3 inches long & looks kind of like a key or screwdriver. It was with the 2 black keys, light bulb cover, ice scraper & ice tray. No reference to any of them in the documentation. If it's a drain plug as someone suggested, where is the hole?”

drain plug is on the back of the bottom shelf
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a drain plug! It goes in the small hole located immediately behind the glass shelf that's directly above the vegetable crisper drawer!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The hole is inside the refrigerator about middle of the back wall. It's something if that hold get clogged you then should use it. Be careful not to poke a hole in the plastic liner.
