QuestionI just bought this fridge...it only ran for 1 hour after I plugged it in. I know the temperature control is preset to 3. What temperature will that create in the refrigerator? In the freezer? I have a temperature sensor and want to check.

- Answer Hello! Yes, this freezer should be able to keep ice cream frozen. However, the freezing point of ice cream (typically around -3F) will depend on the sugar level. Ice creams higher in sugar will have a much lower freezing point and may not freeze solid. If this happens, we recommend adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting. ~Ashton

In researching, we were able to see it's recommended to not install the refrigerator where the surrounding air temperature may fall to 50°F (10°C) and below where the surrounding air temperature may reach 110°F (43°C) and above.
