Yes it would.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is the correct size unit for that area however Frigidaire FFAD5033R1 are very unreliable. My first one failed at 22 months. I had it replaced on warranty and now at 23 months this unit is not working. Never again Frigidaire!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.well it certainly will suck water out of the air, but it works so well so fast that it seems like I have to empty it constantly, although i suppose I could hook up a hose for it. I don't like that it does not have a pull out handle, my previous one did. In your case, I'd suggest getting the 70 pint, I think you'll be happier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's rated at more space than that. I use it in a 450 sq. ft. basement with a high ceiling and it works well. In fact, when it automatically turns on, it's only for a few minutes and it keeps the humidity at 50%.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, we have ours in an open 1300 square foot basement. I empty it about twice a day and my basement is nice and dry. I haven't even needed to move the humidifier around. It's able to keep the whole space dry sitting at one end of the room.
