Did you set it to a desired humidity threshold? "CO" means continuous operation... so it's not going to stop until- 1) you set to a desired humidity 2) the collection reservoir is full 3) you deprive it of power If you are that worried about mold forming so quickly, leave on a low humidity or CO.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.CO means continuous running fan and displaces the readout. Also the readout is the setting and does not measure room humidity. Go to a hardware store and buy a cheap thermometer that also reads humidity.

Have you tried using a different electrical outlet? Please keep in mind when using “CO”; this means the unit is running continuously. When the unit is first plugged in and turned on, it will run in this mode. It is best to maintain this mode for 3 - 4 days or until conditions have improved.
