What is the square footage coverage null

My basement is about 1100 sft. Humidity level is kept at 50% and it works great!

Basement is roughly 850sf with 2 bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom and family room. It pulls the moisture out of all the rooms without ant issue.

I move my unit around the house from room to room so it can efficiently remove the most moisture from the air as possible.

Up to 1000 square feet and no more.

Roughly Up to 400 square feet: 25 or 30 pint, Up to 800 square feet: 40 pint, Up to 1000 square feet: 50 pint, Up to 1300 square feet: 65 pint. I follow the next size up rule, if I got 400sq. Ft I would go with the 40 pint instead of the 25. Can't go wrong with to big, but to small and it won't do what it's supposed to do efficiently!

I think it works best in a closed off room of about 250SF but I have it in a finished basement that is about 1000 SF and it is working fine.
