QuestionWhat is the wattage output of the cooling and the heating?

- Answer Assuming the cooling power is 12000 BTU/hr, then the wattage is 3520. I don't recall the heating side, as I only bought the unit for the cooling capacity. There is a formula for converting BTU to Watts, and I think it is the same, about a factor of 3.4. Divide the BTU by 3.4 and you get the approximate watts.

- Answer Thank you for your question, Linn! The air conditioner FFRH1222R2 does not need a sleeve for installation through the wall. QuestionHello, I purchased a new air conditioner April of 2018, installed it Approx 2 months later, worked great the rest of the season. Plugged it in and no fan ! I was sent a new unit. Installed in April of 2020 worked great! Now I tried it and no fan again !

QuestionIs this unit compatible with an existing wall sleeve? Are there any bolts or screws on the side of the unit since I live in a high rise the ac must be able to slide into the sleeve and cant be adjusted

QuestionWe usually cover our air conditioner on the outside in winter. Since this unit has a heater it will not be able to be covered. Doesn't the weather affect it?

- Answer Hi GA! Thank you for your inquiry. We were able to see the recommended voltage for this model is 230/208 Volts and there is not a sleeve listed for the through the wall installation.
