• This needs a 3- pronged plug type NEMA LCDI 6-20P.

• Hey, NEMA230. The air conditioner should be connected to a grounded 3 prong outlet. The Plug Type (NEMA) is LCDI (6-20P). Hope this helps! -Alexis
