Hi GA! Thank you for your inquiry. We were able to see the recommended voltage for this model is 230/208 Volts and there is not a sleeve listed for the through the wall installation. For the through the wall installation, we recommend following the Installation Guide verbatim. We hope this helps! -Ciara
