• It's actually a very quiet unit unless it's on high speed then it is a little louder. I have a different one in my bedroom that is a lot louder

• No rattles or buzzing noticed. You can, obviously, hear it running and the air coming out but I use this in a bedroom and have no issues with the noise

• During the day it is kinda noticeable that it is on, but very tolerable. In a bedroom at night, it takes a couple nights to get used to it.

• This unit is not design to make noise. It is designed to extract the humidity and hot air from an enclosure and dissipate it outside.
