• Hi Vicki! We were able to see the Noise Level dB (Low) is 55. The noise level can actually vary for each person. For some it may be soft or medium. Hope this helps! -Thanks!-

• We use the air conditioner in the living room where are entertainment center is. The A/C unit is a bit noisy, so we raise the movie volume about 2 clicks up when it is running.

• I find that the unit runs fairly quietly in comparison to others that I have owned, and it cools very well. Sure, you may need to increase the TV volume just a tiny bit ..... but that all depends on the distance between where you are sitting, the TV, and the air conditioner.

• The unit I have installed in the kitchen, I never thought to put such a big thing in any of the rooms available in the house because of its large size because it would also generate a lot of noise. I have it in the kitchen and it is working very well!
