- Answer No it does not come with a bracket use the accordion Style spacers on each side of the unit that will expand it out to fit the window this unit is not meant for a wall mount it's meant for a window

QuestionDo ac window units need to have a surge protector? Should i plug the cord into a surge protector? Is that the smart thing to do for prevention? The cord does have a lighted box at the plugin already, so I’m not sure if it’s built in already? Thanks

- Answer Yes that’s what the box thing at the end is. If the power goes out and it doesn’t turn on check the buttons on it to make sure there in the right place.

QuestionWe just bought this unit and in description it says comes with a mounting bracket but ours did not have any, only the according style thing that attaches and expands in your window . So should I contact store to ask where mounting bracket is or MFG??

- Answer I had the same issue, but the rail is actually so snugly packed that it is easily missed. It is tucked away along the edge of the top styrofoam packaging. It took three tries before I realized it was there.

- Answer Hey, ladybug! The plug on the model you selected is located on the bottom left-hand side when facing the unit. The decibel rating is 55dB on low cooling and 59dB on high cooling. I hope this helps! ~Courtney

- Answer The cord comes out of the bottom left (as you face the unit). The cord is quite long, probably 4ft.

QuestionIt says the unit is 21.3” wide with doors closed, leading me to believe this includes the bracket. However it also says minimum window width of 24”. Our window is 22.25” so I am not sure if this will fit. Please help!

- Answer The metal housing is about 21-1/2" wide and the plastic side frames add 1" each for a total width of 23-1/2" required and that would be extremely tight.

- Answer Pretty quiet! It’s not silent, but no AC will be, so definitely don’t expect that. All in all though we were a little surprised at how low the noise level is. Very happy with this one.
