“How long does the hose extend? My room window is about 4 ft above the ground but I have a dresser right below it. Want to see if I can hook this up and let the hose hang over the dresser.”

Would not recommend draping hose over dresser as it does get overly warm with use and has some flexibility issues.

Hey Angie! The hose can be extended from its original length of 15" to 59", but it is the best to keep the length to the minimum required as listed in the installation guide. I hope this helps! -Thanks-

We bought a 6 inch clockwise hose and a counter clockwise coupling off of amazon, works great!

The 6 inch diameter exhaust hose which is supplied with the air conditioner will stretch about five feet. It that is not enough, just buy a longer exhaust hose from a home supply store.
