QuestionIs this unit able to get a room to 60 degrees or below? I have a main central unit ,however, I like my bedroom to be at least 60.

QuestionDrain holeI have a very wide window sill and need the water drain hole to be at least 8 inches back from the front of the unit where the window meets the front plate so the water doesn't drain into the sill.
